What to Wear

To gain the full benefit of Hatha Yoga, wear clothing that is comfortable but will allow you to perform a full range of movement.

Ideally, it is best to wear something relatively loose fitting around your middle to enable you to breathe deeply without feeling restricted.

What to Bring

  • blanket or mat
  • bottle of water
  • towel

A blanket to cover up for relaxation is nice.

Hatha Yoga is safe for most people to attend, but it is advisable to check with your GP beforehand if you have any particular health concerns.
